Once you’ve made your selections from your location’s menu, there are just a few things you’ll need to do.
Before your Medallion Wellness delivery arrives:
- Have an ID proving that you are over 21
- Be at a privately-owned residence with a physical address
- Have a cell phone that can receive standard text messages
- Have cash for payment
- Make sure you’ve chosen the right menu for the dispensary nearest you.
Medallion Wellness has an extensive cannabis delivery area. It stretches from Pleasanton to Sonora, and from Lodi to Northern Fresno. Our cannabis delivery range includes Merced, Chowchilla, Tracy, Manteca, Turlock, Oakdale, Madera, Gustine, Catheys Valley, Los Banos, Patterson, Copperopolis, and most of Stockton. It’s safe to say that if you’re in the Central Valley, we’ve got you covered!
That being said, not all cities allow the sale or delivery of cannabis. California state law lets local governments decide whether they allow commercial cannabis activity within their city limits. While it’s still legal to possess and use, we may not be able to deliver your order. If you’re wondering about the regulations in your town, just give us a call.
Placing Your Order
The hardest part might be deciding which of our many premium cannabis products to add to your cart. Don’t hold back- we can sell you up to 28.5 grams of flower or up to 8 grams of concentrates.

Select the delivery option when you go to check out and leave us any notes that will help your delivery driver find you. You’ll receive a text message that confirms your order and lets you track your driver, so you know exactly when to expect delivery. We deliver 7 days a week. Our Modesto location delivers from 8 am to 9 pm, and our Atwater location can make deliveries from 10 am to 10 pm.
Playing by the Rules
Even though cannabis is legal in California, there are many regulations governing how and where we can deliver it. For example, we can’t deliver via drones (darn). We can’t deliver it in a boat. No kayaks, no canoes, no sailboats. No helicopters or pedicabs. Aircraft, watercraft, and “human-powered vehicles” are prohibited from transporting cannabis. (2)
But we can drive it over, so we’ll just do that.
It’s illegal to sell or deliver cannabis after 10 pm or before 6 am, and there are laws about where we can and can’t deliver. We are required to deliver to a physical address in California, and it can’t be publicly owned land or a building belonging to a public agency. If you’re on tribal land, make sure your tribe’s laws allow for cannabis delivery.
We also can’t deliver anywhere children or high school students are receiving instruction. Even though cannabis is legal in California, the United States Federal Government still considers it a Schedule 1 drug (for now). (3) So, when you place your order, be sure that you’ll be consuming your cannabis responsibly and safely, in California, and on private property.
At Medallion Wellness, we value privacy and discretion. Our delivery drivers arrive in unmarked cars and our packages do not carry any identifiable branding on the exterior. It’s the law, and it’s for everyone’s safety. (2)
Each of our delivery transactions is carefully documented with the name of the canna guide that prepared your order, your information, the details of your order, the time and date of when you placed your order, and when it was delivered. We’ll be able to give you a paper or electronic copy for your records.

Can anyone order cannabis for delivery?
Anyone over the age of 21 can order convenient cannabis delivery to a private residency with a physical address. Clients will need a phone capable of receiving standard text messages in order to track the progress of their delivery.
What kind of cannabis can I order for delivery?

I’m going camping. Can I get cannabis delivered to my tent?
Cannabis can only be delivered to a private residence with a physical address. Cannabis is legal in the state of California, but not nationally, which means that it’s still illegal on federal land like National Parks. Cannabis is prohibited from being distributed and sold on publicly owned land, or in buildings owned or rented by a public agency.
Will my neighbors know that I’m getting cannabis delivered?
Your neighbors will have no idea that you’ve gotten a delivery of cannabis unless you invite them over to partake. California cannabis regulations prohibit any kind of markings on the packaging or delivery vehicles. This ensures that your purchase is discreet, both in the interest of your reputation, and the safety of your delivery person.
How much does cannabis delivery cost in Modesto?
The price of your cannabis delivery will depend on the products you purchase. The minimum purchase amount for delivery will depend on your location.
