For recreational patients, the maximum for flower is 28.5 grams. For medical patients, the maximum is 8 ounces. For concentrated products, the recreational maximum is 8 grams.

Can I transport the weed I ordered myself?

There are strict laws for transporting weed in your car. You may not drive with open containers or bags of weed on the front seat of the car. Weed must either be in a sealed container or stored in the trunk of the vehicle. Medical caregivers may be given slightly more leeway in transporting a resealed or closed card. Please view California Vehicle Code 23222.

Can I get weed delivery to my work?

You may get weed delivered to private property, but make sure this is acceptable by the protocols of your workplace.
